Immigration Based on Personal Achievement

Visas and Green Cards are available for persons of extraordinary ability whose admission is deemed beneficial to the United States. Applicants must have risen to the top of their field of endeavor in science, academics, athletics, business or the arts and – in the case of permanent residence – can even self-petition. Evidence of extraordinary ability must be strong but does not require “Einstein” or celebrity status. An internationally recognized award such as the Oscar, the Nobel Prize or an Olympic medal certainly helps, but is not required. Smaller regional awards, press coverage, authorship of books or scientific papers, patents, membership in organizations that require excellence, review of peers’ work, important contributions to distinguished organizations and/or commercial success are some of the factors that are taken into consideration. Applications must be well documented.

Visas and Green Cards are available for persons of extraordinary ability whose admission is deemed beneficial to the United States.

We have successfully obtained “Alien of Extraordinary Ability” status for clients in the arts, sciences, business and athletics. Please contact us for more information.
