We explain the often onerous requirements of certain visa categories and have found that clients who are only visiting without the intent to do business or making the United States their permanent home, tend to be better served with simple visa solutions.

An ESTA registration may suffice even if you engage in frequent but short-term business or leisure travel. Those who spend more than 90 days or are citizens of countries that do not participate in the ESTA program, may be best served with simple visitor visas if that is consistent with their travel purpose. While the application process for those visas is much less involved, it is still important to meet the requirements and be sure to conduct oneself in the manner allowed by your status.
